Reference Check – Upon the request of the client. reference checks are done to ensure integrity of candidate
Negotiation – Once the right candidate is selected, the employment package will be discussed and negotiated with the candidate.
Endorsement – We shall ensure smooth transition of candidates to client through close coordination
Guarantee – We shall replace the candidate hired for this position at absolutely no extra cost to the client in the event that the hired candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated by the client within the agreed guarantee period from the date of employment.
