Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology
- With 2-3 years managerial experience in Human Resources particularly in Employee Relation, Training and Benefits Administration.
- With sense of urgency and with strong analytical abilities and skills to support Management in the decision making.
- With experience in dealing with Union Group.
- Must be well versed in Labor and Safety Standards in the Philippines.
- With good communication skills
- Interested in continuous learning
